This card is the property of Jacqui Therapeutic Spa Treatments. This is not a credit card and cannot be exchanged for cash. Jacqui Therapeutic Spa Treatments is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. The card must be presented to redeem points for free spa treatments and discounts. Points are not transferrable. Rewards are reoccurring.
To become a Jacqui Therapeutic Spa Treatments VIP Customer Card holder after just two (2) treatments.

VIP CUSTOMER REWARDS

VIP cards must be active for AT LEAST six (6) times for the year. (This activity can be the cardholder or any friend or family of the cardholder).

Any cardholder that uses the card six (6) times for the year is rewarded with a manicure or 20 min massage. Eight (8) times a year is a thirty (30) minute massage. Twelve (12) times a year a facial or a one (1) hour massage
